“The Traveler Ⅱ” CWI Visual Training Bend Kit

Kit Specifications:

Material – polyurethane (gray color) – Designed to be very light weight for ease of transport.

4 specimens, 2 Side Bend specimens with 4 bends each for a total of 8 Side Bends.

2 Longitudinal Bend specimens with 4 bends each for a total of 8 Longitudinal Bends. All welds are a nominal Single V Groove bevel.

Flaws / Indications, each specimen contains approximately ~3 to 5 indications for a total of 15+ indications. Some bends have no flaws.

Please note the flaws / indications are intended to be “borderline” acceptable or rejectable. The end user (CWI) must make that determination. These specimens can be used in conjunction with the following codes; AWS D1.1 & D1.5, ASME and API weld inspection.
